Refund policy
Refunds and Returns
We only refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you have a refund or return inquiry, please send an email to rszydlowski@desertwillow.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you an email to notify you of shipping instructions.
If your return/refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
Once approved, refunds may take 7 to 10 days before they will be officially posted.
If it's been over 10 days and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at rszydlowski@desertwillow.com.
