- Cardholders violating booking rules, including canceling and rebooking, will have privileges revoked
- Cardholders booking behaviors will be monitored to ensure appropriate access for all
- Cardholders must be present for preferred rates and discounts
- Tee time reservations must be cancelled no later than 48 hours prior to day of play
